At Harinam Events, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all our customers. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a booking.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their booking at any time.
If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking, a full refund will be provided.
Cancellations made after 24 hours of booking will not be eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows. A no-show is when a customer does not attend the event without prior cancellation. In such cases, the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days of the cancellation request.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.
Transaction fees or payment gateway charges (if any) will not be refunded.
Payment Methods
We accept payments through Debit Card, Credit Card, and UPI.
